Description One more of the KP crew trying her hand at an honest job. Family money paid her way through college and here we have her, Bonnie Rockwaller, doing what she does best: telling other people what their problems are.

I don't know if she actually manages to help anyone, but that probably doesn't bother her. She's got money enough from her settlement after the failed marriage with SeΓ±or Senior, Jr. And perhaps also a few tiny issues from the experience...

Ayway, Herr Doktor Professor Dementor seems to need some professional help. Perhaps it's just a common inferiority complex due to his shortness. Bonnie can prescribe him platform shoes for that.

Xena the cat has no such complex, to be sure. She knows she is the perfect being and the pinacle of creation.

Bonnie Rockwaller and Professor Dementor are created by Schooley and McCorkle, designed by Stephen Silver and copyrighted by Disney.

Heh, guess you're right... unless someone falls for the mean yet sexy psychiatrist and asks for new sessions just to see her.

In that case, he'd really really need a shrink!

Already, she's forgetting the first rule of psychiatry. You're not supposed to tell the patient what their problems are, but rather help them realize for themselves what the problem is. If they figure it out themselves, they're far more likely to accept it as truth, rather than dismissing it as the shrink's opinion.

Also, I'm so not surprised that Bon-Bon's the type of girl to keep her own name after a(short-lived) marriage, as shown by her diploma. A fair indication of a controlling personality, unwilling to truly commit herself fully to the husband; the likely reason the union failed.

... Damn, maybe I should become a shrink...

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

FeudorLaurent In reply to turbolover175 [2010-08-29 08:53:12 +0000 UTC]

I'm sure you'd make a better shrink than Bonnie! Although that may, in all honesty, not be all that much of an achievement.

And to be fair - the failure of the marriage with Junior might not be altogether Bon-Bon's fault but may be due to the ... eh .. unique personality of the husband.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

turbolover175 In reply to FeudorLaurent [2010-08-29 09:20:21 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, Junior's hardly the ideal husband, but between the two, it's clear that Bonnie would be wearing the pants in the relationship. Because of her more dominant and controlling personality, she'd likely be the one to initiate talk of divorce, even if Junior was also thinking about it.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

FeudorLaurent In reply to turbolover175 [2010-08-29 10:08:30 +0000 UTC]

Oh, she'd initiate it, all right, but it would be due to Junior's shortcomings!

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

turbolover175 In reply to FeudorLaurent [2010-08-29 10:26:31 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, but do you suppose Bonnie could ever find a man with whom she couldn't find shortcomings? When it comes to finding male shortcomings, Bonnie can sniff them out faster than my Beagle can sniff out steak.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

FeudorLaurent In reply to turbolover175 [2010-08-29 10:53:17 +0000 UTC]

Well, combine Junior's body and youth with Senior's gentlemanly charm and his money, and I think you'd come close to pleasing Bonnie...

turbolover175 In reply to FeudorLaurent [2010-08-30 08:38:48 +0000 UTC]

And does this mean that Bonnie has adopted Xena? Or is Xena simply using her amazing powers of being able to fit into any picture she chooses?

Yeah, now that I think about it, Bonnie would be better off joining the army and becoming a drill seargent...

And: oops! Went a little overboard there with the hair colour. Started with her usual mousy colour and decided it needed a few red highlights to come alive, and so it went...

Ah, gruel and beautiful Bonnie.
But I protest that you use Dementor as her victim. Dementor is a german supervillain. German Supervillians donΒ΄t need no bloody shrinks If they have problems (shortness or missing one genital) they just invade Poland

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

FeudorLaurent In reply to freivolk [2010-08-29 08:50:16 +0000 UTC]

Cruel is her middle name!
And while invading Poland might be a solution to Dementor's inferiority complex, he is more of a science man than some of his possible role models and decided to try therapy.
He can always invade later, if it doesn't work ...
