Ooooh my gosh!

Thanks to my old time pal , today I went to an exihibition about Tom Bancroft's art. I decided to doodle him something for the occasion, since he designed my childhood Disney hero, Mushu. The exihibition was AMAZING, so many inspiring drawings! I was SO nervous and hyped during the whole event, I kept yapping and squeaking and grunting like and idiot in front of every doodle, ESPECIALLY when I finally saw Tom Bancroft in the room. We also got the chance to buy his artbook and get it signed!

When my turn finally came, I was shacking like and idiot. I hid the drawing in the first page of the book, the one he usually signed. When he opened and found it I told him "Since you've been drawing for everyone the whole afternoon, I thought it'd be nice if someone could draw something for you instead!". He was nicely surprised, asked me if I was the girl on the drawing (to which I answered a very embarassed "Yes"), he said he even remembered me from a note on dA, and wrote this amazingly sweet dedication, together with a doodle of Mushu: he usually only sketched the head, but I got the whole thing! Also, I got the chance to chat a little with his wife: she was so sweet, she asked me if I make art for living, but when I answered that I'm actually graduated in psychology she asked me about my studies, she was very very kind and showed a lovely concern! Even when some friends nagged me about being annoying, she actually replied "It's not true, I'm asking her questions here!". Seriously, they were such a sweet couple!
And photographers kept taking pictured through the whole chat XD I hope I can manage to find a couple of them.
