I think this picture is very lovely. For me, a pregnant belly always heightens the romantic mood since it is a visible symbol of love between two people, generally.
That being said, let me offer some tips for future drawings. Her breasts are really sunken back and don't match the curve of the neck. If it wasn't for the belly, she would barely have any mass on the side! Imagine if you drew her without breasts or a pregnant belly and imagine what she'd look like. She'd look like a stick, wouldn't she? One way to approach these sort of drawings is to draw the frame of the body without the breasts or belly first, and then add them on later. This will give the body a more proper mass.
I'm not trying to be mean. I love your pictures thus far and want to help to improve their quality even more!
