Do you have the programs? If not, they aren't free software. Photoshop is an image editing software by Adobe, and Flash is animating software. If you are looking for help on how to do specific things in these programs, you need to look up tutorials on here or possibly youtube, or ask more specific questions.
If you're looking to get a drawing program, CLIP STUDIO PAINT would probably be better to start out with, its much cheaper.
