These characters are yet to be named and all, but I'm getting somewhere... there's something of a grander idea seeded a while ago, and this is gonna be part of it.Anyways, I've always liked evil "cop"-type baddies, and if there's to be a roster, there'll be one in there too. If you spot something that seems familiar from something recentish, its because it most likely is.
Designs not likely final, but anyways.
