A very interesting approach on fan art, I think. I like the green reflection on his face and hair, as it makes me think of the Lifestream, so I think it was a good idea, and it adds to the Final Fantasy VII feel. The choice of shading, lighting and colors also helps enhance that special mood.

My only complaint is that he doesn't really have a forehead, as it's far too short, which makes the chin look too long.
I also wish that there'd be a slightly larger view of this, because detail is so incredibly important for me if I wish to critique something properly. I hope you'll submit a larger format of it as well, because I'd love to see the details.

But, all in all, I think this is a very impressive piece of work. Very nice!

are you serious about this comic? I hope so. if you do break down and make it plz remember one thing at least for the die hard who are interested in seeing more than a stand still pic or fan art of Vincent and cloud making out, which anger's me in ways you cant comprehend, is that cloud is more than a man with a big sword he is a super soldier who can go into a fight with nothing but a hunk of sharpened steel and a few magic baubles against men with guns and explosives and not only hold his own, but obliterate them to the last man. i would love to see some action that the game could not deliver i hope you take what Ive said into consideration and good luck.

The colours are just gorgeous and the depth is really really good. I like how Cloud's nose is rendered to make it seem really 3D. The face is very nicely done, so I feel the hair is a bit flat/simplified compared to the face.
