Here is my regional variant for Skiploom!Continuing the concept for my Regional Hoppip line, Skiploom is a tumbleweed. As its flower begins to die, Skiploom uproots itself from the dirt and mud in order to start spreading its seeds. I wanted this version of Skiploom to be more offensive. This evo line has a much higher attack stat than its Johtonian counterpart to better utilize its already high speed stat.
I hope you enjoyed this! I will be finishing off this evo line, then I'll be very close to finishing my region entirely. You should check out my page for said new regional variants!
