This animation is pretty good. Could use a few more frames. The only problem with it is that she leans forward too quick, making it too choppy there. I don't know how many frames you have in total. As I said, it generally should use more, but that point especially needs at least 1 more.
On the whole, though, pretty good, especially for a first attempt. The shading's good, and the slight wind effect on the skirt is well done.
