i dont make myself ocs often, but after making the cutie mark for the halloween sheet, I just couldnt resist.

Some ponies claim that Dr. Bleeding Heart has lost it, but in truth, they never had it to begin with. Ever since they were young, they displayed no empathy, sympathy, or compassion towards other creatures, and viewed everything and everyone with a cold, distant, clinical gaze. Dr. Bleeding Heart is brilliant and would have graduated at the top of their class in medical school, had they not been caught performing grotesque and cruel experiments on whatever defenseless creature they managed to get hold of. After being expelled from medical school in their final year, they shut themselves in the lab, where their experiments grew more and more deranged and ambitious. After a few years, ponies began to go missing, and although everyone suspects Dr. Bleeding Heart, so far, they haven't been convicted. Dr. Bleeding Heart has no desire other than a purely scientific curiosity to see just how far they can go. They never stop to think if they should, they only wish to know if they could.

Notes:
Bleeding Heart never actually earned their title, and is technically not a doctor. Nevertheless, they refer to themselves as one, and no one dares to correct them.
Dr. Bleeding Heart's first name is Victor/Victoria, they switch between the two frequently.
Presumably Dr. Bleeding Heart has a family, but the family has either disowned them or been used in one of their experiments.
Dr. Bleeding Heart's lab is entirely self-sustaining, with their own farm and water mill. They leave maybe only a handful of times a year, and they certainly don't receive visitors. If they do, that visitor is certainly never seen again.
Their scar is from an incident with a 'patient,' who managed to grab a scalpel and fight back. The patient didn't win.
