Also, hey, long time no talk/see.
And, I miss them too, by the way. Sad that any chance of a sequel has long since died, they never even re-released the game for the Playstation Store other than in Japan.
I don't even know if anyone would be brave enough to tackle a TV show or film of Haunting Ground/Demento.

I love haunting ground and when I can I'll always draw some drawing about it. I think is my favourite survival horror as ever. So elegant and special...
I don't know if I desire a remake because in my opinion HG is perfect but this videogames needs more fans!

Haunting Ground/Demento is a unique brand of horror. As well as a unique type of story. It shows a young woman with the odds stacked against her, completely out of her element, alone, and in a hopeless situation where she feels incredibly vulnerable and lost, but she finds the strength & courage (not to mention a new friend in Hewie) over the course of the story.
The acting was perfect in my eyes, the music was spot-on, and the gothic/Universal monster-esque backdrop was sublime!
It's one of a kind. And you're right, it deserves more attention, more fans, etc. But so long as you and I still support it, at the very least, Haunting Ground will always have us, and we'll always have Haunting Ground.
Anytime Fiammah. I'm just glad the fandom and love for this game still exists.
