Jill and Asuka decided to join Sonia for her morning exercise. i will explain why they decided to do so in my next comic (which hopefully will come out tomorrow less it gets delayed by writer's block).
Sonia started training for military service at the age of 10 and started fighting at the age of 14. just cause she's no longer in her homeland fighting a civil war doesn't mean she's stopped training. suffice it to say, Sonia is very fit.

Sonia: you shouldn't overexert yourself Asuka. we are in the Netherworld after all. Jill's a shinigami and i'm a demigod so we're fine in this place. but you're just a normal human. after a while this place will start to affect you.

Jill: *huff* *huff* you holding up okay?

Sonia returns carrying a plate with 3 cups on it.
Sonia: i brought us some tea. figured it'd refresh you 2 better than water.

Sonia: we'll continue exercising in 5 minutes. we'll also do 500 sit ups and push ups instead of a thousand.

Sonia: you're the ones who wanted to get in shape. and i'll see that you do by the end of the month.

Sonia: don't be so discouraged. just look at what you have to look forward to.
Sonia shows off her athletic figure.

Sonia: at best, that just gives me a lot of stamina. this is all the result of exercise.

sounds about right, the question I have is how large were the laps and how fast was she moving

they jogged around Hakugyokurou's garden, so... make of that what you will.

i said they jogged so they did those laps at jogging speed.
