XDD That's what I've noticed as well.
Here are my reactions to his change since I've seen pictures of him from all the volumes, EX, OVA and the TV series
Volume 1: X3 Looks like a guy...sortta...I guess?
Volume 3: He starts to look more femmine *sp?*
Volume 6: Little bit more femmine
Volume 9: (blinks) My he looks even more lady-like...O.O
EX: O______O IS THAT A GUY OR A GIRL?!
Gravitation OVA: o.o Erm...Shuichi's a guy right? (pokes him)
