Description
When you got a good king letting him die is out of the question. Even if he wants to die you've got to
keep digging him up, piecing him back together and giving him medicine, for lord forbid you get a bad king
before the little winged baby turns into a righteous golden griffon monster and saves the day.

This is an older picture - one of the first I did after getting my i-pad.
The wings of his goddess wife are reeds, feathers and a cape all at once.

Now I'm more into toning her down color wise.

I toyed with the idea of making Anubis shorter and cuter, and more like a fox.

He will be returning to his old self in future pictures, because he needs to be able to pick up his king when he
frequently passes out.

Instead of the usual pomp and circumstance of Ancient Egyptian architecture,
the king's throne room is fossil rich sedimentary rock.
As well as I could do it at the time.
