Hey Fierying, your art is good but I'd like to point out a few things.
1 - The tail. The way you have your body made, the tail should probably be a bit larger in width. It'd look better.
2 - The whiskers. I can barely see them due to the glow effect, maybe make them a gray instead of brown so they'd be more obvious.
3 - The chocolate width should be a bit smaller.
4 - The glow on the paw makes it so you can't see the line; maybe fix that a bit?
5 - The way you shaded the hair, it'd be easier to draw actual lines for it, instead of have the...circlish shape to it on the top. I think you get what I mean.
6 - If that's "blush", then make it more pinkish. If it's not, just get rid of it altogether, looks a bit weird.
7 - The way the hat is, it should be more abruptly flat. The mouth isn't in a windy area, it's just standing there; it shouldn't be billowed out like that.
Keep in mind this is still great for your age and all, but some things with the way you add glow should be fixed. Effect abuse doesn't make your art good. You should probably work on anatomy a bit more, if anything. You're still a lot better than most artists you see around here, though (including me). You still have years to improve but the way your fanbase babies you, you won't improve much.

critquing like this can hurt some artists, i argee, but it is really helpful of neko to help me see my bad side of my art so i can improve.
i mean there are ruder ones that does not help at all!
as for age, it does not shows how more immature they are compare to the older ones, is how people react to them.
im fine with this critique. it only hurts other artists that are sensitive to these words, because they do not like to be told off.

The kind of critique Kairi posted is helpful, not harmful. Had she said "this art sucks, stop drawing", then you'd be right. She complimented while also pointing out the flaws. The artist can look at her work with this critique in mind and hopefully learn from it and use what she has learned in her future pieces.
What she said about "your age" was a compliment. She basically said Fierying's art is really good for someone of her age, which is true.
Critique leads to improvement; white knight fans do not.

I'm not a popular artist that's been babied constantly by my own fanbase to the point where no one tries and critiques and help me improve in fear of my fanbase attacking them.
I said her art was good a few times even. I like her art, she has potential. Do you want me to be harsh?

i know the effects are just ruinning everything, but it is really hard not to stop using it.
i always cant tell the difference of overusing it, it is just me.

as for the fanbase part, i know i should draw much tfm anymore, it lacks me of creativity and own thoughts.

Oh, and I forgot to add one thing; flat face. I understand from the angle you draw it, it should LOOK flat, but really, the key to being a good artist is to make everything look realistic. I've seen you improve on that thankfully, but there's still some work to be done there.

I think you misunderstood what I meant by "fanbase". It's not the TFM fanbase, it's YOUR fanbase. You're well known for drawing TFM in general; people on TFM are around your age group (if not younger, like 10-12 on dA as well), and they fail to see it's a good idea to actually point out some flaws to their favorite artists. I have seen improvement from you, but not a noticeable amount, so I figured it might be a good idea to point out some things you can improve on. It's not your fault no one critiques your drawings, they just go "OMG SO CUTE!111!".
