Commissioned byAnother entrant from my Princess Mario/Smash Brothers crossover that didn't get a chance to shine, this time it's the Hero of Blue Flames. Ike is my personal favorite video game character so this was a treat to work on.

So, what's so great about Ike? His gamplay in Smash or story in Fire Emblem? I must confess, FE is one of few Nintendo franchises I know little about.

The first game that he stars in, Path of Radiance, is still the best story in Fire Emblem's long history in my opinion. Without going too in-depth with his character, he's cool but not edgy, tough but not a jerk, and takes on a believable and justified quest for revenge without losing himself to it.

I wasn't sure how Ike would look gender bent but you nailed it. Great design, they make a lovely princess.
Parasol was also a cute touch, really help sells it.
