This is a birthday picture for a fellow Oekaki user, who just had her birthday. She's so sweet that I felt she was deserving of an applicated and as accurate as possible picture.

I had been wanting to try pixeling for so long, but only now am I going for it - and I love it so much that I think most of my following picture will be done this way.
Rapidash's shoulder is way too big, I might edit this later.
