I don't get it...
She's already wearing make-up in the before picture.
I think she looks like a prostitute in the after picture. But that's just me.

The idea was that the make-up was quite subtle (or at least, not really in your face) in the 'before' picture,
You're entitled to your own opinion, but I disagree and I'm quite happy with the outcome
