Once again I participate in an art contest involving the two characters Geraldine and Mona, and once again I am challenged by their honeycomb shaped hair buns. Actually that was not so challenging this time, but more so the contest itself was a challenge. See the objective was to draw these two based off this picture here: www.deviantart.com/francoisl-a…
while illustrating a theme of coziness. I found it to be quite the riddle since the two do not look very relaxed in that picture. I spent nights thinking on how to solve this riddle until I came up with my answer you all see here. Here is a little summary: after an hour or so of cookies, coffee, and video games Geraldine nods off resting on the cozy couch while Mona continues to play her game resting on her cozy mother. As Geraldine falls deeper in sleep, she dreams of her and Mona as characters in the game. So begins the adventures of Captain Monamar and Generaldine...okay so there is no general rank in the game, but it is the best I can come up with for this wordplay.
