I wonder which nation's roundel is on the tail... Cuba maybe?

In addition to what fighterman35 said, you can see the US roundel in white on the plane in the back, just under the tail. You can't see it on the closer plane because the wing is in the way.

I knew from the first time I saw this image that those were aggressor A-4s. The thing is, aggressor aircraft have either the flag or roundel of (then) potential adversaries on the tail fin.
