Thanks, the hand is one of the hardest part to draw, but with reference picture it's pretty much easier.

Not 100% actually, This is a color pencil drawing. but later edited in photoshop to add the glows and smoothing. and color gradients of course.

ok, I thought maybe that was what it was. It looked like colored pencil, but I wasn't sure. I really like how it turned out

Glad you like it you know it's very hard to do smooth color gradients with color pencil. With Adobe Photoshop that's just piece of cake.
