Sooo... Slash in my genderbend AU is probably the biggest divergence from canon. He's still a he, he never turns good, is pretty much deranged and obsessed with Vin, and he gets himself mutated two more times. Second time accidentaly but then again because he becomes obssesed with getting as big and dangerous as possible. Shredder gets killed off in season 3 in this AU and Slash's the main villain for season 4 when he mutates for the third time (no space arc here, sorry-not-sorry), and Sofie's trying to create a retromutagen for his special mutation because they can't finish him off in a fight. ...I might also have him mutate for the fourth time in the finale right before he's defeated but that’s just a thought for now.Can you guess from the picture with what other two creatures he got mutated with?

This picture is so scary! The way Vin is being clutched in Slash's claw like that. O.O I also love the silhouette of Arty coming to her rescue. Slash being the big scary villain in the latter seasons is a great idea and I love his extra mutations.

I bet my money that he got mixed with a snake and a triceraton for obvious reasons. This looks so cool for a second I thought this was like some kind of kaiju nightmare dream that one of the characters was having and I have a question if the space Arc never takes place in your au then how does Vin meet David?

Odd I noticed the snake part with the long neck first didn't see the fangs without taking a second look, do Vin and David still fight each other when they first meet in your au? because I still really like that warrior meet cute they had lol

I suppose that is a very good reason to exclude him from your au although it would have been cool to have like a pet versus pet brawl like if chompy was trying to protect Vin from slash that would have been neat

Obsessed? Does that mean somewhat romantically, or just... like Slash kind of was with Raph in Slash and destroy? Does it mean that David is his primary target?

It's mostly how he was in Slash & Destroy with Raph but if I'd want the AU to go super dark I'd add romantic obsession too. That would be terrifying!
But for now I kinda want the AU to be close to canon in regards to being still okay for kids. Basically I'm keeping the interpretation open for the viewer to decide.

Right... the romantic obsession would be kind of ... yeah. *My mind starts ‘headcannon-ing’ stuff*— kind of like... he wants to be her pet again, while still dominating her (manipulatively) and calling her ‘mistress’ or something ... just, wow. A little jealous-resentment towards David, and the Salamandrian warrior’s the main target ... directly after, if not coming close to a tie with, Artemisia. The romantic thing could still kind of be for kids ... it’d be like one of those Never/Not-Going-To-Happen-Antagonist,-Sir Comic Relief bits that you get in kids “continuity/drama shows”. But, ... I do believe it’d be an amazing, dark, deep character-arc for Slash/Spike. Kind of like a male Yandere-Chan..? Yandere-/Kun/..?
