Description
Princess Oia, Blue's little sister and the Oracle of Ekydonia.
For the "Killing Blow" story.
Note: This is really just for "Killing Blow", the original Blue (with the blue hair and all) doesn't have a little sister but a little brother called Vincent Fuller, in case you guys didn't know. You can see at least his head in sketchworks I made: Clickidy!

Yeah, I guess when I saw that dress on eBay, I thought it'd look nice on Blue and her sister. First on Blue though because I drew her first in it.
