by the way, how do you make your line art so smooth? When I get critiques on my artwork from the others especially from my best friend

They tell me I NEED to better improve on my line art skills because they notice they are a bit rough and NOT as smooth as I think. And they say SAI is BEST when drawing line art, but I DON'T have SAI.... otl... I ONLY have a wacom and Photoshop Elements 9...

We don't have the... line tool? I don't know the name but I know the problem you have. I can't draw lineart actually but when I TRY to then I draw lines with a normal pencil and use the smudge tool But lines are hard in Photoshop Elements 9, I know
We need the weird tool for that
