Description
Mesarn-ain is a state, mostly human, but with important minorities, especially Draeden, which lies very close to the core in the direction of the outer rim.

It is one of the few states that was not part of the first Orion Empire, but was one of the provinces of the Draedaar Hegemony (hence also its name).

Today it is an oligarchy, in which the ruling class shares power. Part of the population, mostly humans, occupy military or political positions, while the Draeden hold religious and political offices.
