Conspiracy theorists are wrong. Human history is not hidden by a cabal of historians and archaeologists, but they are right in one thing: Human History is much, much older than we known.
They are right also to believe in the existence of the "lost continent", Atlantis; but are wrong in believing it lies somewhere under the water.

After a thousand years war against Kumari (Or Lemuria, if you want to know the atlantean name) the world was so compromised that lemurian leaders and atlantean one decided to reset the world.
Lemuria and Atlantis were relocated in a pocket dimension, while the uncivilized peoples around the world were left with the crumbs of a great age of magic and science.

The vast stellar empires, Kumari and Atlantis built were left alone, no more capable to locate the home planet and developing two different civilizations. Humans cannot find aliens because Atlantis and Lemuria hided Earth from them.

Ulqat is the capital of the vast Ulqatian empire, offspring of the Atlanteans, a place were magic and science live side by side.
The major quest of Ulqat in the last 5000 years is to found Earth and bring back Atlantis.
When Black Event occurred, the sages of the future tower sighted a glimpse of our world and started investigations.

Ulquatian soldiers wear a orichalcum armor and an energy spear.
They are a fearsome view in every corner of the know space. They are the cannon fodder of the empire, but also its backbones. If honor guards are the ones protecting nobles and seers, common soldier are the ones keeping the Empire standing.
