I've always liked deers with huge antlers, even before knowing the existence of the deer god (Mononoke Hime), or the one that you can see at snow white movie (the "new" one) or even Xerneas, the majestic pokémon.
I started this drawing while I was thinking about a tatto that I want to get, at the first try I got an awesome one, I liked a lot, after that I sketched some poses, and made this like a chibi deer
Inspired on a style of art called "Sumi-e", that traditional chinese style of art with ink washing painting, and while I was searching for some sumi-e art, it was just impossible not thinking about the beautiful art from OKAMI <3 <3 <3

And to finish, here comes the ~/o/ cultural time /o/~, did you see that sign, that red awkward thing that reminds something from orient? This is the idea of a "hanko", a Japanese stamp that people use instead of signature. I don't have a hanko, once I'm not japanese, but I do have Kanjis on my name (◡‿◡✿), so I got them and turned into Tensho (the original Chinese ideogram that origins the Japanese one) and POOF, just matched with the art ~
