One Of The Best: Sidney Prescott from Scream (She's one of the best fictional characters in my opinion, but that's mainly because I love Scream)
Suffers From Loss: Sidney Prescott from Scream (Her mother was murdered when she was just a teenager, and she has struggled to move on)
Abused: Billy Hargrove from Stranger Things (He has an abusive father)
Disabled: Sybil Dorsett from Sybil (She suffers from Dissociative Identity Disorder)
Suffers From Guilt: Gerry Granda from Control Z (He feels incredibly guilty about his treatment and eventual murder of Luis)
Subtext: Snowball from Animal Farm (If subtext means symbolism, then Snowball was chased away and seemingly killed by Napoleon's lackeys, similar to the assassination of Leon Trotsky)
Can't Catch A Break: Corey Cunningham from Halloween Ends (He is treated like dirt by all of Haddonfield because of his accidental murder of Jeremy Allen)
Misunderstood: Old Man Marley from Home Alone (He is rumored to be a child murderer by the public, but he's really just a lonely old man who just wants to reconnect with his estranged relatives)
Innocent: George Stinney Jr (He was wrongfully arrested, tried, found guilty, and executed for the murders of two young white girls; a crime that he didn't commit)
Desperate: Gerry Granda from Control Z (He is desperate to let go of the pain he suffers from his past, particularly what he did to Luis)
Tries But Often Fails: Lincoln Loud from The Loud House (Sometimes, he tries to ensure things go well for him, but they won't)
I've Been In His Place: Joosep Raak from Klass (Everyone in his class bullied him. It wasn't quite the same thing with me, but everyone in my elementary school classes were not nice people, and I did have bully problems)
Her Dreams Were Crushed: Nancy from The Final Girls (She had big dreams in her life, which she could never achieve because she was a horror movie character, and is doomed to die at the hands of the killer)
Cruel Fate: Dewey Riley from Scream (He suffers a brutal death at the hands of Ghostface in the fifth film)
Nobody Helps Him: Clay Puppington from Moral Orel (He doesn't get any help from anybody, though it's likely because of his behavior)
Nobody Forgives Him: Clay Puppington from Moral Orel (Nobody forgives him for his actions, especially Orel)
Nobody Loves Him: Clay Puppington from Moral Orel (He doesn't feel any love from anyone at the end of the series, and the only nice guy who did (Coach Stopframe) stopped loving him after learning his true nature)
Performance: Luis Navarro from Control Z (Luis' character is performed well)
Those Who Hate Him: Corey Cunningham from Halloween Ends (He is a pariah in the community for his accidental murder, and it's this treatment that turns him into the killer he later becomes)
Setting's Impact: Winston Smith from 1984 (The world he's living in is kept under strict control by the government, and everything bad that happens to him is a result of this)
Society's Impact: George Stinney Jr (There were plenty of racist whites in his hometown around the time of his death, and it was because of them that he died)
Can't Handle It All: Luis Navarro from Control Z (He is unable to put up with everything he goes through in his life)
His Struggles Feel Real: Luis Navarro from Control Z (I had bully problems too, but Luis' bully problems are considerably worse than mine)
Because I Can: Luis Navarro from Control Z (His treatment from Gerry, his struggles to make it through the day, and his eventual murder make him the most sympathetic character in my heart)
