I bought a pair of used shoes of similar style for less than $5.00. I used floral spray paint (because it doesn't chip and crack on leather as regular spray paints do) in red and gold. Then I decorated them with gold string, rope trim and gold fringe trim (all bought at a local craft store). It took me about 8 hours to make including dry time.Related content

Your boots came out great! I never even thought of using the floral spray paint before, I usually used regular acrylics or craft foam over my bootcovers in general. These came out great though ^^
