My friend Jo-Jo-chan ( ~JJ-BlackSheep ) practically forced me to draw my own Naruto character, and voilla!- or how the hell it's spelled- here it is

Her first name is Niichi and her last name's Haruko -as you might have allready seen XD- I'm not quite sure what Niichi means but Haruko means 'first born'. Lol, i think both those names are guy names XD . . .
Niichi is based mostly off myself and what i'd wear in the Naruto world.

Her story... well, i'll write up a summary of what i've got^^

Niichi's an only child and she was born in a little town near the fire-country's border. Both her parents were Jounins. Her mother born in the fire country and her father in the wind country. When Niichi was 2 years old, she and her family moved to the wind country(ninja place).
A war started and her father was sent out for battle(Niichi's mother stayed behind with her because of illness.)
The wind country was loosing, so Niichi and her mother fled back to the fire country. Her mother died(all bloody-like) right outside Konoha's walls and Niichi was taken in by one of the third Hokage's familymembers(havn't decided who yet) so she knows the third well.

Something like that XD since she lost her parents, Niichi's been a very independent person, sitting mostly for herself, yaddayadda, becomes friends with Inari(another one of my unfinished OC's) and others.

Niichi's graduates and becomes a chuunin at the age of 15(same time and place as Sakura etc.) and is good enough to become a Jounin(problem is; she's doesn't care much for it XD lazyness )
She left the fire country to train at age 13 and came back to Konoha at 15(half a year after Naruto).
Niichi has two elemental chakaras; Fire and Wind. Also learns a few Lightning juitsu's from someone she met on her travles.
