-the hand bents in a weird way.
-the hair in the face looks too solid, we should see through the strands.
-there's no shadow under the strands of hair over the face.

The composition is, IMO, perfect. the rendering of the face, the skin tones and the lighting and shading are wonderfully well executed. the lips are kissable, and their color is very natural, which is something I really struggle with every time I paint a face. the hair, overall, looks quite believable and beautiful. there are more pros than cons in this piece. you truly did an amazing job here.
