Every kingdom needs a ruler and Rithor is no different. Strill Hark is Rithor’s altruistic king. When he was a young adult and in line for the throne, Strill fought in many battles against those that sought to harm Rithor’s people. During every clash with an enemy force, Strill was on the frontlines. He didn’t want to be placed in a safe position in the military, he wanted to fight alongside his people. When Strill’s parents passed away he inherited the throne. But, even as king, he would still charge in battle. He donned a golden set of armour when either sitting on his throne, listening to his people and advisor, or leading his armies into battle. He became a symbol of the kingdom. A shining ray of hope. Eventually he fell in love with a woman. The two would see each other often, enjoying every moment together. Years after their first meeting the King would marry the woman. The king gained a wife, and the kingdom gained a queen. During their marriage the king was seen as being quite happy with his life. He regularly visited the local business in his city and socialized with the common folk. But, upon returning from a battle, Sillia found his queen to be missing. No note or letter, and no signs of a struggle. None of the castle servants ever saw the queen leave. She simply disappeared out of thin air. After the disappearance of the queen, Strill became a shut in. While he still attends to his duties, no one ever sees much of the king anymore.
