No name beyond a title, no home beyond where she fights, no family beyond the sword she wields and the shield she carries. Living as a knight roaming the lands who strikes down the horrors of corrupted demonic gods. The aspirant has forsworn all worldly attachments choosing to live a life of piety and devotion to the cause which is mostly demon slaying and heretic bashing. The crest of the legion for whom she fights emblazoned eternally on her shield, each triumph devoted to her god, his sons and the empire for which she serves.
Outside of the battlefield the aspirant devotes herself to rigorous and at times brutal training before turning towards prayer for the fallen the lost and the hope that her blade doesn't get stuck on some heritic's ribcage on the way out.
So what is it with her? She has to know there is no way she can stand among the legion of the 1st, she has to know that her struggles will end in her death so why keep at it? Why hold to the idea that she can stand among his angels? I'll leave that up to you!
