A sort of redraw thing?People were posting their improvements on twitter comparing old art to current art so I was inspired and did this. It's really nice to look back on old art sometimes, it gives you a little boost. Don't delete old art guys, if you ever feel down about what you're doing now compare yourself to how you drew years ago! Chances are if you showed your current art to your past self they'd probably lose their minds
I was 13 in 2009 and I'm 19 now in 2015. 6 years and I still can't get hind legs right

Couldn't get the hind legs right my butt. The hind legs you drew two years ago are better than any legs i've ever drawn.
I love how ther tails are like overlapping its so cool.
Edit: I just noticed how the original matches so well withwhat you did with the re-draw, like, looking back at each other and stuff.

What did you use for the shading on the 2015 one? The brush, I mean. It has a really nice texture and I think I might like to try it out one day.Β

Yeah, hind legs have always been my problem over the one year of cat drawing I've had so far.
