It wasnβt Sachiko that had her tongue cut off, she had cut off the tongue of one of the victim children and then stabbed her eye out... a truly delightful story xd

Yeah, Ayumi was living the memory and seeing it how Yuuki saw it. I think that it may just have been to clarify that it was Ayumi that was seeing the flashback
