My pleasure, glad to hear that!

Nyanderful, certainly also it looks like a mandala and a flower

And I can see there the banner of Japanese feudal warlord.

Oh, is that so? Was it also bright coloured?
And today our father came to see us and he said it looks like a round ethnic carpet
Such carpets made of old wearings are widely spreaded in his homeland. They have
round netting made of textile stripes. We often used such carpets in summer, when
the evening came and we gathered on backsteps to watch the sky.

Well, for example, like this? But the actual one is colored, I think. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia…

Oh that's wonderful, I'm glad to hear that!

I'm sure you all had a good time

Oh, looks magical! I can look at it endlessly *saved to my pc*
Yes, we had a good time. But for parents it was may be not so
I attacked them with different questions about nature and space
and thousands of other things. And sometimes they couldn't find
answers. But they tried to use all their knowledge

Five brids - what can they mean? Freedom, or, may be, somebody's dream?
Or, may be, five virtues

Well, freedom, five virtues, or maybe cohesiveness, I guess

BTW last week I saw you in a dream, twice.

And as for the first one, you tried to express your opinion about the current situation of Ukraine.

That was so. I feel bad about our dears in Kiev, they seem to take a wrong way.
And they really think of our government as of evil. It hurts, of course.
I came to you as well a morning ago. There were some reasons. I'll tell later.

I'm sorry that I can't reply to all of your messages yet.

Lately my father often said that now he's getting too old and I would have to do different things about job by myself.

I'm also deeply concerned about those two countries' future.

I know it's a volatile political climate...but still I really hope the problem is solved peacefully.

Oh I see, OK. Also I had a feeling it was something like that.

Time has come to change something and take more responsibilities.
I see. Good luck to you, Fumi-san

The thing is that we all are the victims of informational war. I really
don't understand what happens there, I only see many people who
took the way of mistakes and fails. We shouldn't interfere, but we
will be made to do that. If only we do, things will take another angle.

larksgar In reply to Findhoem [2014-03-02 23:57:32 +0000 UTC]

You're right, but I feel like that it's drawing to a close...

What's my personal responsibility to do? What are they telling me to do?

I know everyone works so hard. But we don't know how to break a deadlock.

...I'm inability. The other day my grandfather appeared in a dream. He was a founder of this company.

"I'm here, but now I'm only looking at what's going on". He said...but he looked so fine.

Informational war, that's right. We don't know what the right information about it is.

Even though we find ourselves in the mighty swell of changing times...it remains to be seen.

What is a real deadlock for you? Tell me, please, if you like.
Your father looked fine and as far as I know and remember,
success will come to you when you will be sure of your own
and the other's abilities

So, let's live and see. I'm with you and I wish you will make
a right choice

Well, my father as a head of this company is a really fast thinker and a qualified man, but he's really bad at teaching his employees.

Moreover, he gets angry easily...I hate this. Many employees left here because of it, but it's his nature unfortunately... "Как волка ни корми, он все в лес смотрит".

Sometimes I don't even want to see him because he often starts to talk about job even when we're at home. This is what is bad about family business.

And he often says, "Thanks for your support. But...Fumiaki! Such a simple thing would not surprise me if you can do it. Still you have a lot of things to do, OK?"

After that his long lecture goes on. I've been exhausted because of it since I passed an exam...I almost get neurotic

Arigatou, Ann Sometimes I want to complain about such things, though I work so hard.

And I didn't want to make you worry, so I did my best to avoid negative subjects.

Findhoem In reply to larksgar [2014-03-03 18:07:35 +0000 UTC]

Oh, so many things do really seem familiar to me, my dear friend
I mean, talks and lectures about work at home. My mother's job
is far from mine, you know, but it goes the same as you described.
If to think of it in a different way, our dears don't really want us to
feel uncomfortable or something like this. In this big world only
dears and parents first are the ones who do really care about us.
They do lecture us and they do sometimes point our faults out and
compare them to their own experience. That is may be wrong, but
that is a family If you have no one to talk about something that
bothers you - even about your own job - isn't that sad? If you feel
your children to pay no attention to your condition and experience -
isn't that a parent's fault? Adults don't accept their own fails and
faults sometimes. But they really don't want to see their children
That's why they are severe about us, loud and rude sometimes.
And I know it is hard to see their love at such moments. But it seems
to me I'll be the same as my parents if I have children. I caught myself
lecturing my sister many times - and I tried to make it not so boring
We can watch our dears, make conclusions and try to change our mind.
That is all we can really do.

As for your dear father and mother, you should take as well something
important. I mean, age changes that usually make the mood of aged
people changeable. I know this because it is a part of my work. So don't
judge them too seriously. If you will be patient, they also change, I'm
sure

I know you work hard, Fumi-san And you really do so many things,
that it makes me feel excited and a bit proud. You can be a real example
for others. And your company is not an exception here.

P.S. Feel free to share your complains with me. As English say, a friend
in need is a friend indeed And Russians say: друг познаётся в беде.

О, разве? Ah I recalled that you told me about argument between you and your parents.
Certainly, sometimes we have no real holidays because of their rule, but also we know they do work on behalf of us.
And of course, parents are parents

Oh you're right. Maybe I'll do the same then
It's often so hard that children understand their parents' thought, and as well the opposite could occur.
We need to let those words pass sometimes. My mind was not relaxed last week, so I really took their words.

And thank you for raising me up
It's important to make clear what I can and cannot do, I think. Actually I'm not good at dealing with several things at once.
Anyway I'll try.

P.S. Oh those words really take a weight off my mind, I appreciate it
And I'm glad that I could talk to you about it

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Findhoem In reply to larksgar [2014-03-05 19:22:35 +0000 UTC]

Yes, that it is No holidays, but really there are two ways to
feel no frustration about it all. First - we are those who can
pay for their care only with our time and our attention, as
our dear parents did in the very beginning of our life. And the
second way if you feel not so good, the most simple is, as

And children expect to talk with our internal child, that is a real
friend inside us for them, and that friend knows well what to
say and how to say it clearly. But it is hard to use that sometimes.

As for doing multiple things, I can say it was the same hard for me.
I write everything I should do and make marks while doing things.
I started with this and a notebook for handwritings became my close
friend and advisor. Now I can write a plan of the day and do every
thing without looking to my notes, but I do this anyway. It helps
when you work on several directions. I have logistics, copywriting,
brainstormings, translations, client relations, analysis and investigations
and "housekeeping" (or they all'd
be thirsty and loose their direction), as usual. Many different things
happen during a day, but notes are really of help

I think our companies have something in common. What about the
relations in your group? Our reminds of family. Everyone is individual
and everyone has different age and experience. I have "elder sister",
"grandpa", "candy aunt" and "mother" there They all about my attitude.
Even "grandpa" stopped his attempts to touch me - he realised that
I don't see him as he'd like, but accepted my views.

And when we are headed in the same direction, things achieve major progress.
As for standing between two persons who have differing opinions, my aunt and my mother help us a lot this time

Yes, I've seen with my own eyes, I mean my little niece and her parents
You know children are really curious about everything, but their parents don't want them to do erratic things.
When it comes to my childhood, it was just like that. And I remember that well, so now I feel like that I know what both sides think.

That's a very good idea It's been a long time since I last made my everyday to-do list note, so I'll do it again.
I'm sure I will spend my time well then...actually my family is not good at it, really.

I see, you gave me a good inspiration! Company as a family - I will think about what I should do there.
I'm still a newbie, but I want to tackle this environment reform.

That story of Fuji-self, it should be written for others, I think
It doesn't come out of my mind really! And we both wrote it,
may be little features will make it more finished. I'll work on it
in Russian, and you can make it in Japanese if you feel the need.
And then I'll show it to you, my dear friend

As for to-do lists and company's relations, it works good in
small companies. I'm glad to hear you are inspired, Fumi-san
Have a good, kind and successful company

I think the middle in green, yellow and gold looks like a slice of kiwi fruit - I guess that makes the pink and purple beads, raspberries.
