So a friend on lj said she wanted to see Sora in pearls...so I drew Sora in pearls. I'm rather pleased with this as it is a first time for me doing this coloring style. I liked it.this is also finally officially my 100th deviation. Took me long enough. My deviation to scrap count as of this deviation is 100 to 50...mild OCD coming out I guess. now I can add and subtract as I please since I made it to this perfect ratio ^________^

AHAHA. I'm slack, I am, since I stole this ages ago and found it sitting on my computer. But, I was talking with Glassie just earlier today, and she mentioned the whole Sora-in-pearls episode and how she wants some art from me now, and it prompted me to go looking for this one since I remember it so distinctly.

That being said, yeah, I did one. A Sora in pearls. It was bloody awful, with really creepy eyes, but Glassie said she liked it. She says that to everything.
I may just do another, now I have rediscovered the wonders of pen on paper (and not a purely touchpad-created work like my previous pearls one was). <3

just photoshop CS2. Did the lines in pencil and then the colors on the computer. And no worries. I'm chronically bad at replying to people and I check this place everyday

I saw this and thought, "Sora has his nipples pierced!? And his navel? Jesus, what happened to his ear?" Not that that's bad. It's unexpected. I love piercings. This is... wow. I love the glowy pearls. They give off a light of their own. And I like that Sora's jeans are white/gray. Crap, I love his eyes. Seriously. And the way you've colored his skin. x3

Ahhh...this pic was crack. Inspired by a passing journal entry and brought to life by me. the color pallet for this took me forever...stole/tried to mimic the coloring style of a japanese artist I know of and pulled it off ok. I totalyy went nuts with the pearls tho...I just couldn't stop once I started...

I like how you made them all glowy, and how he's got this sultry expression on his face as if he's sitting in the bedroom and Ruki just walked in the door. XD Poor Riku won't even know what hit 'im.
I also keep looking back at the pants. They're pretty sketchy, but you really captured them well, especially the effect of the zipper being down and open! I dunno, it's just that itty bitty part down in the corner, away from the main focus of the picture, but I really like the pants.

This pic is actually cropped. I was trying for something else and couldn't pull it off, so when it came time to color...I just couldn't make it work...then I cropped it...It works quite well now
I totally should have put a little bubble with a chibi Riku passing out from a nose bleed in one of the corners. I totally agree. He'd be floored!
