Is it just me? Or with the hair(minus the Pony Tails) and the face, she kinda looks like Rukia from Bleach.

You're quite a dab hand with coloured pencils. I normally don't care much for Sonic gijinkas, but I admit this is quite a fetching and accurate look for Nicole. Her face and hair are particularly well drawn. The problem I have is that the black parts seem out of place. It looks normal for a lynx because those are just dark parts of her fur, but why did you colour her skin that way too? If you drew her with black gloves and spats, that would make sense at least.
