Yeah they would make wonderful pets, I would need to be careful so I would not Dust Temmie since they are one of the most weakest and fragile monsters, also just because Frisk is allergic to Temmies does not mean all humans are the same as them.
As for Spike he would make a wonder helper, also I believe the only way we would be able to adopt these characters is if something happened to their owners or guardians that made them unable to care for them anymore, or they just were not suitable to own a living and breathing creature.
