Gorgeous flower for a stunning picture. I read what Bansheeda adviced you and honestly, I don't think you should change one thing in your picture. it's beautiful as it is. I love the contrast between light and dark, all the shadows, the colors and transparency of the petals. Nope, I wouldn't change anything at all.

Lol. yeah sometimes digitally altering images actually does more harm than good (I learned that by ruining some great photos I had before) Also I would make a few suggestions when working with flower photography. Make sure your camera has a larger aperture = lower number possible such as 2 .8 or 1.7. this makes only the flower in focus and everything else blurry. Usually the best lighting is on a cloudy day, so that the images are less contrasting. unless contrast is the point you want to focus on then sunny day is best. Just some advice or suggestions when photographing flowers. Learning about it in photography class.

Indirect light ist mostly the best...
Except you have a dark backround...
I never attended a photo class...
Started with it last May because my doc told me to get more fresh air.
I am learning by doing

lol yeah I know, before I took a photography class i thought my work was awesome, and then I saw the stuff in class and was like My stuff sucks! XD. yeah i never knew anything about shutter speed or aperture or how to even manually focus a lens XD. even with dark backgrounds the lighting can make all the difference. There was this one black and white photograph that we saw and it was soo beautiful, but It took me a while to figure out what it was. it was a pepper XD. Pepper # 30 by Edward weston. I never knew a simple little pepper could look so awesome XD  www.google.com/search?newwindo…
