I love the detail on the eyes!!! thats definatly the best part! I'm also glad you added the lightning in the back. It gives Jolteon a look of power besdes the fact that he's sort of in a battle poisition. I also like the fur, and your shadows. Overall, very nice. I just HAD to favor this!!
