guess this will be on of the last paris shots i submit. got so many. such i pity i can not submit louvre and eiffeltower at night!!! (they are copyrighted)Related content

not only at night, it is the pyramid if it is the main subject of the photo...i tried to google it out but there is not much information only that you need authorization of their buro if you out it on the web

guess they do not google out all of the louvre photos...but in mine the louvre was perfect in the middle lol so i guess i better do not upload it

I see, not all of my Louvre pics are perfect (with the pyramids in the middle) but I guess I have one or two that might be source of trouble

What do you mean with copyrighted? If you take a pictures, the copyright is yours...

no, the light installation of the eiffel tower and the louvre as architectural thing is copyrighted...because they are art installations. if you put photos of them on the internet and their agencys discover it, they make you pay licences. they have put this up last year and it sucks, there is even more stuff copyrighted now, like the atomium in brΓΌssel. you can only submit it, if the louvre or the tower are not the main subject of the photo.
i do not care what others do, but i am not as rich to pay thousands of euros for licences.

mh. but what if they sill persue it. i have a pic where the sky is the main subject but there is still the louvre in the middle.

What if you just took a picture of it and the main focus is, erm, the sky for example?
