I think you have a solid idea of what you want in your paintings, and you definitely executed it very well. I think all the colors work well together; I definitely get the pirate feel you're going for here. Each character has a unique personality that reflects through their pose, the faces they make and the clothing they have on. Minor details, such as the key on the first woman's necklace, and the heavy ornaments the last woman is wearing speak volumes to me about their character. I think the only minor flaw I see is the man on the bottom left. For some reason, the relation between his hair and his neck doesn't sit too well with me. It feels like his hair is for a profile shot, yet his face is 3/4s view. Though, it may just be me. Well done, I hope to see more of your work soon.
