History:
Sparktail, a 22-year-old hedgehog standing 1.44 m tall, possesses a unique electrical power that was conferred on him after he was accidentally hit by an overloaded electrical outlet in his youth. Although he has developed incredible powers, he also bears the emotional scars of this incident. One day, while exploring the surrounding area, he was captured by Dr. Eggman's forces.

Imprisoned in Dr. Eggman's laboratories despite his small size, Sparktail undergoes experiments to harness his unique electrical powers. However, he remains determined to resist and find a way to escape.

Role:
After being captured, Sparktail becomes a central plot point. Sonic and his team learn of his imprisonment and do everything in their power to free him. Using his electrical powers, Sparktail manages to short-circuit the security devices, enabling the team to rescue him.

Although physically smaller than his friends, Sparktail proves that size is no obstacle to playing an important role in the team. His electrical powers are essential in battles against Eggman's machines, creating strategic openings and disabling enemies.
