This is actually a very beautiful cosplay. It's gorgeous.
Though I will admit I am one of those "classic defenders". It's not that I like the classic version because it's classic but the new outfit just doesn't do it for me. With all the running she has to do it doesn't quite make sense.

I'm kind of taken aback, because I was one of those people that hated the new look. Your costume, though, makes it actually look much more like Harley! The corset and gauntlets look really cool, and I love your shoes. You should take more pictures and try to convert the rest of the rabid "classic or nothing" fans.

Well, my costume is not exactly like the comic one, I choose dark colours and a little details to make it more personal and more realistic. I'm very glad you like it and i hope that the classic defenders like this change a little

I think part of the reason that people are so vehement against changing her costume is that she's had the fewest variations over the years, and the different styles are all rather new. What with the Arkham games and Batman Live, and everyone's "Nolanverse" version that people will accept more changes. While not THEIR Harley, it's still a valid interpretation.
