This includes a lot of things to make a lot of dragons! (Some WoF things, and some not!)
I know, I know its expensive but I will be doing raffles and stuff for people to get it for free or cheaper!

-An art program that can open .psd files
-A knowledge of how layers work + a willingness to erase things
-Fun!

What you CAN do:

-Make free adopts
-Make paid adopts
-Make oc ref sheets or anything for you
-Edit this base/Add more layers

What you CAN NOT do:

-Sell the base itself
-Share the base with other people
-Remove my Signature
-Don't use it for anything NSFW, or anything else (You know what I mean)
