Description Another pic for 's Disney Halloween Art Jam. Here's the overweight Germaine as Ursula from The Little Mermaid. Why Ursula? Becuase when I saw Foamy, her chubby appearance, along with her small strips of hair reminded me of Ursula.

EDIT: I colored it.

EDIT 2: I redid Germaine to make her look like her rebooted version, more in costume, and added a free fitting background.
