Not exactly MadaMito... but still, you take this as you wish...
I was going to do something different, such as Mito forcing a smile on Madara but in the end I couldn't just because he would kill me for that
So let's stay with Mito being all Uzumakiish trying to cheer up Madara.... with a hug, and messing his hair a bit.
It is so cute
Also, Vermilion is obvious reference to his eyes and her hair color... I wasn't very creative, I know.
Madara and Mito belongs to Naruto...

Even though you say it's not one, of all your MadaMito fanart so far, I like it most, especially the way the corner of Madara's mouth subtly curves upwards. It makes him look softer and hints that he's not as indifferent as he's trying to appear and you've truly captured this.
God, I'm over analyzing again. 
And I love how you draw hair, it looks so smooth and silky.

Also, I'm so glad to see you noticed his subtle smile (I thought it was too subtle to be noticed)... Madara is very hard to draw, because you have to work carefully with his expressions, even if I had draw him like one thousand times still it is a challenge every time.. and a pleasure
BTW, Thank you so much for the compliment! I really enjoy painting the hair... my favorite part personally, specially in characters who have such a gorgeous hair
