Description Simpsonville Fire Rescue's (SFR) Engine 14, Ex-Engine 12, shown here, is a 1988 E-One Cyclone. Engine 14 served as Engine 12 for 15 years at SFR Station 3. Engine 14 at the time was Station 3's primary operating apparatus. Engine 14 then was equipped to respond to all fires, MVAs, hazardous materials incidents, rope rescues, water rescues, confined space rescues, collapse rescues and, more in it's first due along with the other respective needed companies. Engine 14 was Engine 12 for 15 years, until in 2003 SFR purchased and shifted many apparatus. for the 2 years until 2005, SFR Station 3 ran Engine 11 a 1996 E-One/Freightliner FL80. Engine 14 went to Station 1 to serve as a part-time engine company until in 2005 SFR purchased more apparatus. SFR then used Engines 11 and 14 as reserve units until in 2013 Engine 11 was sold to the local Beaumont Volunteer Fire District and Engine 14 was sold to the Brea Fire Department in the county under.
