General Commission Info Hat Pricing FAQ

All plushes are minky with applique eyes and cutie marks, unless otherwise agreed upon.

"Starting prices" are listed for all types of plushes. "Starting prices" are defined as the price for the most basic pony of that kind. I start from my base pony price and add charges according to how difficult the character is to make. Design elements that add complexity such as difficult or multicolored manes, body markings, and modifications to the basic pattern will add cost. Starting Prices for Standard Size MARES (14 inches)
260$ for unicorns and earth ponies

285$ for pegasi with open, folded or half-folded wings (princess wings are extra)

290$ for alicorn OCs that are the SAME SIZE AND PROPORTIONS as my regular ponies(i.e. regular mare/stallion type body, only with both wings and a horn).

Pinkie Pie - $270
      Rarity - $290
Fluttershy - $295
      Twilight Sparkle (wingless) - $280
Applejack WITH HAT - $310
      Rainbow Dash - $335 (the mane hikes the price)
Derpy Hooves - $285
      Vinyl Scratch - $300 ($320 with glasses)
Spitfire - $300 ($325 with goggles)
Princess Twilight (open wings) $320
Foalsitter Cadance (open wings) $360
Sunset Shimmer - $335

Starting Prices for normal bodied STALLIONS (16" to the top of the head, bulkier than mares, Dr. Whooves type physique)

280$ for unicorns and earth ponies
305$ for pegasi with open, folded or half-folded wings (princess wings are extra)
310$ for alicorn OCs that are the SAME SIZE AND PROPORTIONS as my regular ponies(i.e. regular mare/stallion type body, only with both wings and a horn).
Note that stallions with different body types (Big Mac, Shining Armor, Snowflake, Mr. Cake, Cheese Sandwich and so on) will be priced differently.

Changelings - I do have a separate pattern for the Changeling Drone that I am quite proud of. However, the holey legs make them much more difficult than your standard pony, and are accordingly more expensive. Simple Changelings with holes, shell, wings and associated details start at $325. Accessories like armor and so on will increase the price.

Starting Prices for Laying Ponies (Same proportions as regular mares, 10" to the top of the head and 18" from hooftip to hooftip)

$275 for earth ponies and unicorns
$300 for pegasi (they take quite a bit more fabric and effort to make the wings)
$305 for alicorn OCs that are the SAME SIZE AND PROPORTIONS as my regular ponies.

Starting Prices for Sitting Ponies (10" to the top of the head)

$220 for earth ponies and unicorns
$230 for pegasi with small, filly style wings or closed wings
$250 for pegasi with larger, posable wings (open or half-folded)
$360 for sitting princesses
As always, these are the starting prices and subject to change with level of complexity.
Sitting ponies are available in two styles: a more stylized version with longer limbs, and a filly version that has more show-accurate proportions.

Starting Prices for Fillies (10 inches)

Simple Earth Ponies, Unicorns and Pegasi: 170$
Royal Fillies (including crown, shoes and necklace): 250$

15$ charge for adding cutie marks

Starting Prices for Perching Ponies

These are fillies with slightly longer limbs so that they are able to hang on ledges or even perch on shoulders with a bit of help. They are about the same size as regular fillies (11" long from head to toe).
Simple Earth Ponies and Unicorns: 185$
Simple Pegasi or Alicorns: $195
15$ charge for adding cutie marks

Starting Prices for Rearing Ponies


These are ponies that are weighted in the tail and counterbalanced to stand on their hind legs. They are heavier and take more materials, so their base price and shipping is a bit higher. They are approximately 18" tall.
Simple Earth Ponies and Unicorns: $320
Simple Pegasi or Alicorns: $345

Starting Prices for Mini Ponies


The base price is $95, covers a SIMPLE minipony earth pony, pegasus, unicorn or alicorn in filly style (with eyes/expression of your choice)
Base price for Mini with cutie marks: $105
I am willing to make pretty darn complicated minis, but particularly with minis, complexity will cost more.

Princesses

Princesses can be made in any of my standard patterns, or I can make custom and/or very large patterns for princess plushes. I haven't made any custom 24" princesses in a while, but their price would reflect their large size and complexity.

      OCs are welcome (I love making OCs)
           I will need a good clear drawing of your OC and cutie mark
      Wild, difficult, multi-colored or very poofy manes and tails will add to the base price.
      Changes in pattern will add to the base price
      Clothes are extra, and pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING (USD)
      Shipping inside Europe
           I use Economy Swiss shipping by default (1-2 weeks to most places in Europe). Tell me if you want faster shipping (3-7 business days, which doubles the cost in most cases)
           Shipping for fillies, minis, and perching ponies is $15
           Shipping for standard mares, slender stallions, sitting ponies and laying ponies is $25
Shipping for large stallions, rearing ponies, princesses and larger special orders to be determined (but will most likely be in the range of $45-90).
      International Shipping (including the US and Canada)
           I use Economy Swiss shipping by default (usually 1-2 weeks). Tell me if you want faster shipping (5-7 days, which doubles the cost in most cases)

Once I ship a package to the address provided, I am no longer responsible if a package does not reach its destination or is damaged in transit. Insured post and tracking is available at additional cost (an exorbitant one when shipping overseas). Damage to or loss of parcels does occur, although very rarely.
