Hey guys.....remember that "Oblivion" contest I held last year? Well, the winner of the contest decided to give away her prize to the contestants who, despite their great effort and creativity, didn't make it into top 3. Each of them gets one free request from me then.
First one is
His prize request is a picture of a disappointed Incognito holding his CV while Dio Brando (from "Jojo's bizarre adventure") is smugly telling him that the vampire quota is full.
I heard about the Dio Brando character before but never actually saw him and certainly never drawn him. It was an interesting new experience, although I have to wonder who his tailor is. All that yellow with green heart-like shapes all over caught me off guard.

I wouldn't recommend becoming one of Dio's minions, Incognito. Because if you do, Hellsing won't be the only group you'll have to deal with. Jotaro and his gang will probably kill you before Alucard does. XD

Someone in the comments below probably told all of the stuff DIO did when he was Dio Brando. Fun fact: becoming a vampire in JoJo works differently that from how vampirsm works in Hellsing.
You will need the Stone Mask(a device created by the Pillar Men, which is something I will tell you about later), put the mask on your head, wipe blood on it(yours or someone else's, doesn't matter where it came from), spikes will shoot out of the mask and impale your brain, you are now a vampire.
Also no weaknesses to things like holy water, crosses, silver, garlic, ETC. JoJo vampires are only weak to sunlight, getting their heads destroyed, and the Ripple/Hamon/Sendo: a martial arts technique that uses a unique way of breathing to basically punch sunlight at vampires(not exactly what it does, but closest explanation I could come to). Yes this works at night.
Not that much of a weakness since if you impair their breathing a Ripple/Hamon/Sendo user can't use it effectively.
Also Dio's blood freezing power freezes the blood in a Ripple user's body.
Alucard probably wouldn't consider DIO or other Mask vampires to be actual vampire in his opinion.
Also they suck blood through their fingers, and have a weird verbal tick(WRRRYYY).

Stone Mask isn't the only way to become a vampire in JoJo, though. A vampire's blood can do that too, though it's pretty rare in the series.

Once you learn more about Dio, have you considered having him appear in a Hellsing Blooper or in Oblivion?

looks nice, and about the drawing i owe you, well, i'll make it as soon as my laptop gets repaired, or i get a new one, well, there was this smoke coming from behind the screen and sparks flowing around from the keyboard followed by a nice sound of electricity burning the plastic around, guess i have to stop buying stuff from pawn shops and go to any authorized stores, oh well, see you soon... lol, i only knew who dio was because of a psone game called "jojo's bizarre adventure".

I recommend you see jojo. It is an old school shonen
jojo is the first manga with vampires and Nazis XD (part 2 battle tendency, chapters of 9 to 26 in anime)
DIO first appearance in Part 1(phantom blood, chapters of 1 to 9 in anime) but reappears in Part 3 ( started this month

Definitely. Similar to Alucard, Dio rejected his own humanity to be become a vampire. Dio doesn't have a massive army of familiars, but in his original body, he could freeze anything he touched by freezing his blood and he could shoot pressurized liquids out of his eyes, which could pierce things like lasers.
Much like Alucard, Dio eventually met his match in combat. Alucard had Abraham while Dio had Jonathan "Jojo" Joestar. Reduced to a head, Dio refused to give up and decided to steal Jojo's body, planning on invading America. Unfortunately for Dio, he was confined in a coffin for a whole century because Jojo ensured that the ship that they were aboard would sink into the ocean.
After a while century, Dio awakens. He gathers a large group of followers and establishes himself in Egypt. Due to piercing his stolen body with a Stand Arrow, Dio got his own Stand, a spirit guardian that represents one's personality. His Stand is the World, aka "Za Warudo"; this stand allows him to stop time for a few seconds. Since his head was not perfectly fused with Jonathan's body, Dio could not use his other vampire abilities. Despite this fact, Dio was still a quite powerful vampire.
